2. Order process
2.1&nbsp;You agree to pay the full amount as indicated during the order process, including shipping costs or other charges that may be applicable.
2.2 Once an order is &ldquo;confirmed&rdquo;, we will send to you an order acknowledgment e-mail, detailing the Products you have ordered.
2.3 After our acceptance of your order, we will dispatch the ordered products if you have made full payment through your Card (or upon receiving payment at the time of product delivery).
2.4&nbsp;You can check your &ldquo;Account&rdquo; for details of your previous orders.

3. Payment
3.1 We accept payment from your credit or debit card once we receive your purchase order and after we have checked your card details. We also accept cash on delivery of the Products (please refer to Section 4).
3.2 In case we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you at the earliest possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.
3.3 To ensure that your Card is used with your consent, whether you select K-net or Visa/MasterCard as your payment method, we will direct you to the related payment gateway where you will be asked to enter your card details (e.g. card number, expiration date, &amp; pin code).
3.4 Verification of the Customer and Customer&rsquo;s Card Information responsibility (to authorize the transaction deducting payments) lies with the respective payment gateway and /or the card issuer bank. We are not liable for any losses or damages occurring out of fraudulent transactions happening due to attacks or breaches on any payment gateway, attacks or breaches on issuer banks, or due to Customer&rsquo;s Card details, PIN verification details, password verification details, or any other details authorizing purchase on the payment gateway being acquired by persons of malicious intent or persons who may not be the rightful owners of the card.
3.5&nbsp;All prices include taxes (if applicable) but exclude delivery charges (unless otherwise mentioned.
3.6 We try our best efforts to ensure that product prices displayed on&nbsp;bertyfashion.com&nbsp;are accurately listed; however, it is possible that errors may occur. If we discover such an error in the price of the Products you have ordered and paid for, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically treat the order as canceled and refund you in case you have already paid. If you wish to cancel an order for which you have already paid, we shall fully refund you.&nbsp;
 4. Payment on Delivery
We accept Cash or Card payment at the time of products delivery subject to the below conditions:
4.1&nbsp;Our representative will also carry a mobile payment terminal to effect payment by Card (K-Net or Visa/Mastercard).
4.2&nbsp;We do not accept payments by cheque, gift vouchers, or discount coupons in place of cash or Card.
4.3 If we were unable to reach the customer for 48 hours following the scheduled delivery date, the order will be automatically canceled.

5. Discount Coupons
Occasionally, we may issue promotional codes, discount coupons (and other marketing incentives) to our Registered Users, which can be redeemed by the Registered Users, subject to the following;
5.1&nbsp;Discount Coupons are valid up to the mentioned expiry date.
5.2&nbsp;Discount Coupons must be used prior to checkout.
5.3&nbsp;Discount Coupon cannot be partially used, nor can be used twice.
5.4 Discount Coupons cannot be used in case of cash-on-delivery as a mode of payment.
5.5&nbsp;Users can use only one Discount Coupon per order transaction. 
6. Warranty Terms &amp; Conditions
All Products are covered with a one ( 2 years&nbsp; ) year warranty for manufacturing defects. The Warranty does not cover repairs caused by misuse, breakage, mishandling, cleaned using improper chemical material.

7. Miscellaneous Provisions
7.1 Your use of the Website and the contract between you and bertyfashion&nbsp;shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

We help you stay in the convenience of your own home while we do the delivery. For your convenience, you can store multiple delivery addresses in your account. Please make sure your address details are entered fully and accurately.
We shall contact you before making the delivery, and please make sure you are at home (or another adult over 18 years old at the time of the visit.

1.1 Delivery time.
Once you place your order, we will start working on it right away. Shipping and processing times depend on region location. The standard delivery/shipping typically takes between 3-5 days (as for international orders, it may take 2 -3 more days).
We do our best efforts to accommodate your preferred delivery timings and date. Yet, the actual time of delivery may vary due to uncontrollable reasons.&nbsp;We shall contact you at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time.&nbsp;The delivery time estimate is based on business days and does not include weekends and holidays.
You will receive the shipping estimates in your Order Confirmation email.

&nbsp;1.2 Delivery Process.
If there is a change in the delivery address after the invoice is made, you have to contact our Customer Service Center. We do not accept phone instructions due to security reasons.
In case of the absence of the customer at home, the delivery is considered complete if any family member&nbsp;signs the invoice/delivery note&nbsp;by an adult aged 21 years at least.
Products are considered delivered in good condition upon the acceptance of the delivery note and physical inspection of the product by the product recipient. If the recipient refuses to inspect the product, then he will be responsible as no claims for damage or missing parts (if applicable) can be made against us later.
If you are not at the specified delivery location at the agreed delivery time/date, our representative will wait at the address for 30 minutes and try to contact you. If failed to contact us, our representative will depart, and a call will be made again later in the day.
Risk of loss or damage and title to purchased products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products at the provided address (and subject to having received the full payment for the products).
 1.3 How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery for orders over KD&nbsp;30&nbsp;(or its equivalence in other currencies), and orders under KD&nbsp;30&nbsp;will be charged between KD 2-4 (depending on your region).
